Rajesh Sampat is a Mechanical Engineer and senior executive with over 38 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering services, die-casting, plastics, textile machinery and consumer durables.

Over his career he has led R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and international business development — including multiple technology transfers across Europe and Asia. He has implemented Lean and PQDSCM frameworks, delivered measurable productivity and quality improvements, and created new revenue streams through diversification and global expansion.

As a Certified Independent Director and Professional Value Analyst, he advises boards and leadership teams on governance, value engineering, cost optimisation and strategic decision-making. He is also actively involved in leadership development, mentoring senior managers, and bridging the gap between industry and academia.
