Last updated: 2025. This policy explains what data Stratosync Engineering Services India LLP (“Stratosync”, “we”) collects through https://www.stratosync.in, how we use it, and your choices. We are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us — primarily through the contact form: your name, company, country, email address, optional phone number, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We also record the time of submission and basic technical metadata (browser user-agent and the page you submitted from) to help prevent spam.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. This sets cookies and processes limited information such as your approximate location, device and pages viewed. No analytics or marketing scripts load until you accept cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How your contact-form data is handled

• Your submission is verified by Google reCAPTCHA to confirm you are a real person.
• It is then stored in a private Google Sheet that only Stratosync can access.
• A notification email is sent to us so we can respond — usually within 2 to 3 business days.
• We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete them on request.

How we use your data

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask about, and to maintain a record of our communications. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask to be kept informed. We share data only with the service providers that operate this site’s infrastructure (e.g. Google, for Sheets, email delivery, reCAPTCHA and — with consent — Analytics) and with professional advisers where strictly necessary.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at rajesh.sampat@stratosync.in. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing the site’s cookies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Form data is transmitted securely and stored within Google’s infrastructure under Stratosync-controlled access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
